Magic of Mozart on 24th July

Enjoy an evening celebrating the genius music-making of Mozart. Central to the concert is his sublime Clarinet Concerto, performed by Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra Principal Barry Deacon, framed by the capricious overture to his opera The Marriage of Figaro and his final symphony – the mighty Jupiter which which was a springboard from the Classical era into the Romantic.

Classical Extravaganza: Hall of Fame on 12th August

Enjoy an evening in the company of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and a selection of the greatest classical music in the world! From Sibelius’ fervent Finlandia and the atmospheric A Night on the Bare Mountain by Mussorgsky to the magical sparkle of John Williams’ ET Flying Theme, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The concert concludes with the symphonic explosion that is Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture.
