Our main aim is to teach lifelong skills by creating a simple practical system to help you restore the balance between the body, breath and mind. The classes are uniquely based on very gentle yoga chair movements that combine breathing and deep relaxation techniques. These sessions will help you find that balance, so you feel healthier and will enhance your physical and emotional wellness.

Yoga with Kathryn

These classes are best suited to those with some experience of Yoga but all welcome.       Led by an experienced tutor with over 25 years teaching experience, (Iyengar and FRYOG qualifications).  Students pay fees half termly in advance.  Each class consists of focused posture work and guided relaxation.
