Yoga with Kathryn

These classes are best suited to those with some experience of Yoga but all welcome.       Led by an experienced tutor with over 25 years teaching experience, (Iyengar and FRYOG qualifications).  Students pay fees half termly in advance.  Each class consists of focused posture work and guided relaxation.

Zumba Fitness
